Aran Pillow Pattern

Create a cozy Aran Pillow (only), using our classic vintage crochet pattern. This design features a mix of stitches that produce a beautifully textured and cozy pillow, perfectly matched to the Aran Afghan pattern (sold separately) for adding timeless charm to your home. Designed using Mary Maxim Mellowspun, which provided 420 yds per 4 oz skein at that time. Discover a wonderful selection of sport-weight yarns, including Mary Maxim Mellowspun, to make this project your own. Keep in mind, yardages will vary. Materials List: 8 oz sport weight yarn, and U.S. crochet hook size K/10.5 (6.50 mm). Finished size approx. 14×14″Intermediate crochet. Matching Aran Afghan patternsold separately.

Stitch Requirements: Chain, single crochet, double crochet, increase. repeat, cluster stitch, raised double crochet, popcorn, double raised double crochet.
