Child’s Horse’s Head Jacket Pattern

A Mary Maxim classic, one-of-a-kind design! With this pattern, you can knit an amazing sweater for that special child who loves horses! They will love it and you’ll be content knowing they’re cozy and warm wearing it. Originally knit with Mary Maxim Northland yarn, which had 80 yards per 3-ounce skein at the time. With a wide variety of bulky yarns available today, including Mary Maxim Titan, there are endless possibilities when using this pattern. Keep in mind that yardage may differ. Requiresknitting needles size U.S. 7 (4.5), and 10 (6 mm). Note, pattern includes child sizes 8-10-12 only. Miss/Teen or, Adult’s sold separately.

Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, cast on, cast off, increase, decrease, repeat, stockinette stitch, colored pattern knitting method, fair isle knitting.
