Originally hand-painted for Liberty in 1978, Faye was inspired by the humble undergrowth and resilient plants that thrive along gravel paths and garden edges. Redrawn with tiny dashes of flat colour, its swirling leaves and simplified, ditsy blooms create a sense of tranquil movement. Set against richly hued backgrounds, pops of budding vegetation appear like glistening stars strewn across the fabric.
