Horsehead Afghan Pattern

Use this vintage graph-style pattern to crochet a cherished afghan. Originally made using our best selling sport-weight yarn, Mary Maxim Mellowspun or Mellowmist, which had 420 yds per skein. Here you’ll find Mary Maxim Mellowspunand all the current sport-weight yarn selections in all your favorite brands. Please note that yardages and color selections have changed. Materials List: MC (34 oz. CC1 (240 yds), CC2 (125 yds, CC3 (60 yds), CC4 (60 yds), and CC5 (35 yds). The finished measurements are approximately 48″ x 68″ (112 x 173 cm). Requires afghan hook size U.S. J/10 (6 mm).

Stitch Requirements: Chain, afghan stitch, embroidery, slip stitch.
