Ikat Night is a smaller scale version of Ikat Tulip, which was inspired by the natural ikat-style patterns and markings foundin variegated tulips. Geometric shapes were painted with large brushstrokes on a textured paper, in order to create the appearance of an ikat weave. These painterly motifs were then overlaid to add further texture and depth, camouflaging the simple tulip repeat.

Liberty fabrics are so lusciously soft to touch and are perfect for dresses, shirts, tops, skirts, sleepwear etc.
