Firm 16mm (5/8 inch) stretch scalloped elastic trim.

This trim is perfect for waistline of skirts or can be inserted into a seam. When inserted, shows a small, delicate scalloped edge. Note: The white elastic can be dyed with iDye Poly Dyes (see image of elastic dyed pink to match fabric)

Available in Off-White, Nude and Black.
