Requires knitting needles size U.S. 4 (3.5 mm) and 7 (4.5 mm) for cap and sweater. For leggings, needles size 4 (3.5 mm), a 16″ circular size 6 (4 mm), and a set of double point size 6 (4 mm) are needed. Fits sizes 9-12 months. Chest measurement of 24″ (actual finished measurement).
